How does billing work?

Basic and Pro are monthly plans billed automatically to your card. The date and time of your first payment becomes your monthly billing time (for example, starting on September 28 at 20:13 KST bills on the 28th at 20:13 every month, or on the last day in shorter months). Payments use cards issued in Korea, and plans can't be paid by bank transfer. Custom is quoted separately.

What happens if I cancel?

You keep using your plan until the end of the paid month, and the next payment simply doesn't happen. You can undo the cancellation within the period at no extra cost. The next month is charged 10 minutes before the period ends, so cancel before then if you don't want another month.

What is the refund policy?

If you haven't started any event on your plan within 7 days of a payment, contact us for a full refund. Once you've started an event, there's no refund and you can keep using the plan until the end of the paid month; cancel if you don't want the next payment. The same rule applies to each monthly payment and to upgrade charges. If you couldn't use the service properly because of an issue on our side, we'll refund you regardless.

Can I change plans?

Upgrading from Basic to Pro charges only the difference for the time left (rounded down to KRW 100) and switches you to Pro right away. Your billing date stays the same. Downgrading from Pro to Basic applies from the next payment; until then you keep Pro.

Question 5

How is the daily limit counted?

Accepted Answer

The daily limit is shared by all plan events on your account. A day is 24 hours from the moment your first plan event starts. For example, on Basic, if a Saturday 19:00 event receives 250 messages, a Sunday 10:00 service can receive 50 more, and the limit resets to 300 at 19:00 on Sunday. When you reach the limit, the event stays open but new messages aren't accepted.

What if a payment fails?

If your card is declined, we try once more. If it still fails, your plan stops when the paid period ends. We'll let you know by email and in the console, and you can pay with another card right away from the subscription page. A new month starts from the time you pay again.

Can I try it before paying?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Creating an event is free on every plan, and no credit card is required. Before you start on a plan, preview mode lets you check the display design and send 10 rehearsal messages by QR to test participation, approval, and display. A watermark appears in preview mode, and rehearsal messages are deleted when the event starts.

What about passes I already bought?

Passes you held became one month of subscription on the same plan per pass when we moved to subscriptions, used consecutively from then (no automatic payment). Passes are no longer sold.

What's the difference between Pro and Custom?

Accepted Answer

Pro lets you configure your event screen with photo messages, background photos, full-screen posters, and custom colors. Custom adds unlimited messages and AI classification, branded screens, on-site event support, and custom feature development.

Question 10

Is there a separate limit for AI classification?

Accepted Answer

No. Every plan can classify all received messages with AI. During an event, automatic classification and display continue on the server even after you close the screen. Classification started with the AI classification button runs while the moderation screen is open. Your team can review and adjust the results in either workflow.

Question 11

Can I get a tax invoice or cash receipt?

Accepted Answer

Card payments come with the card issuer's sales slip. If you need a tax invoice, contact us with your business name, business registration number, and billing email.

How much does a Custom event cost?

Pricing depends on event size, duration, on-site support, and custom development. Messages and AI classification are unlimited. Send us your requirements for a quote.
