Overview
마이티블레싱 (the “Company”), in providing the 라이브 텍스트 (LIVE TEXT) service, complies with the Personal Information Protection Act of Korea and other applicable laws, and establishes and publishes this Privacy Policy.
1. Purposes of processing personal information
The Company processes personal information for the following purposes:
- Member signup and identity verification
- Service provision, operation, and plan management
- Payment and deposit confirmation
- Responding to customer inquiries and complaints
- Service improvement, statistical analysis, and security

3. Retention and use periods
- Member information: Until account deletion. The following records are retained separately for the periods required by applicable law:
- Display and advertising records: 6 months (Electronic Commerce Act of Korea)
- Contract, purchase withdrawal, and payment records: 5 years (Electronic Commerce Act of Korea)
- Consumer complaint and dispute resolution records: 3 years (Electronic Commerce Act of Korea)
- Event data (messages and images): 1 year after the event ends
- Access logs: 3 months (Protection of Communications Secrets Act of Korea)
4. Disclosure to third parties
In principle, the Company does not disclose members' personal information to third parties. Disclosure is limited to cases required by law or requested by investigative authorities through lawful procedures.
5. Entrusted processing of personal information
The Company entrusts the following providers with processing personal information to deliver the Service. It manages and supervises these providers to ensure safe processing in accordance with applicable privacy laws and guidelines.

6. Rights and obligations of data subjects
Members may exercise the following rights at any time:

Requests may be made through account settings in the Service or by email to contact@mightyblessing.com. The Company will act without delay.
7. Deletion of personal information
When a member deletes their account or the retention period expires, the Company destroys the relevant information without delay. Electronic files are permanently deleted using methods that prevent recovery. Paper documents are shredded or incinerated.
8. Measures to protect personal information
- Passwords are stored using one-way bcrypt hashing.
- Encryption of databases and communication channels (TLS)
- Minimum necessary access permissions and retention of access records
- Regular security checks and vulnerability management
9. Use of cookies
The Company uses cookies for the following purposes:

- Analytics cookies: Google Analytics is used to analyze public website traffic and signup conversions. Collected information is pseudonymized and does not identify a specific individual.
Members may refuse cookies through browser settings, which may restrict use of the Service. Collection through Google Analytics can also be refused by installing the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.

12. Notice of changes
This policy applies from its effective date. Changes are announced through Service notices at least 7 days before taking effect. Changes unfavorable to members are announced at least 30 days in advance.
