Terms of Service
Version 1.2.0 · Effective date 2026-10-02
Article 1. Purpose
These terms set out the rights, obligations, responsibilities, and other necessary conditions between members and 마이티블레싱 (the “Company”) in connection with its 라이브 텍스트 (LIVE TEXT) service (the “Service”).
Article 2. Definitions
- “Service” means the real-time message display SaaS platform provided by the Company.
- “Member” means a person who agrees to these terms and enters into a service agreement with the Company.
- “Event Owner” means a member who creates and operates an event.
- “Event User” means an anonymous participant who joins an event and sends messages.
- “Event” means a unit of live message display created by an Event Owner.
- “Subscription” means using the Basic or Pro plan in monthly billing periods, either with automatic monthly payment by a registered card or, without payment, for a period provided by the Company (such as converted passes or coupons).
Article 3. Publication and amendment of these terms
- The Company publishes these terms on the Service's initial screen or a linked page so that members can access them.
- The Company may amend these terms within the bounds of applicable law. Amendments, their effective date, and the reasons for them will be announced alongside the current terms in the Service's notices at least 7 days before taking effect. Changes unfavorable to members will be announced at least 30 days in advance.
- Members who do not agree to amended terms may terminate their service agreement.
Article 4. Formation of the service agreement
- A service agreement is formed when a member agrees to these terms and the Privacy Policy, completes the Company's signup procedure, and the Company accepts the application.
- The Company may reject an application or subsequently terminate an agreement in any of the following cases:
- False information is provided during signup.
- The applicant is under 14 years of age.
- Another person's identity or email address is used without authorization.
- The applicant intends to use the Service for an improper purpose.
Article 5. Member obligations
Members must not engage in any of the following:
- Misusing another person's personal information or account
- Displaying content contrary to public morals, including obscene material, violent material, or unlawful advertisements
- Infringing third-party rights, including copyright
- Interfering with the Company's operation of the Service
- Violating applicable law or these terms
Article 6. Provision of the Service
- The Company provides the Service within the message limits, operating periods, features, and other scope of the member's selected plan.
- The Company may temporarily suspend the Service for unavoidable reasons, including system maintenance, technical failures, or natural disasters. Notice will be provided before or after the suspension.
Article 7. Plans and payment
- The Company offers Basic, Pro, and Custom plans. Message limits and prices follow the plan information page within the Service.
- Basic and Pro are used by subscription. The first billing period is one month from the time the member registers a card and pays for the first month. At the end of each billing period (on the same date and time as the first payment), the next month is charged automatically to the registered card. In months without that date, payment is made on the last day of the month. Subscriptions can be paid only by card.
- While subscribed, the message limit applies per day to the whole account, not per event. A day is 24 hours from the time the account starts an event on its subscription. An event opened on a subscription stays open until the member turns it off, and a new day begins every 24 hours while it is open.
- Members may cancel a subscription at any time. After cancelling, the member can keep using the Service until the end of the billing period already paid, and no further automatic payment is made. A cancellation can be withdrawn within the billing period.
- Upgrading to a higher plan during a billing period charges the difference for the remaining period immediately (amounts under KRW 100 are dropped) and takes effect at once; the automatic payment date and time do not change. Downgrading to a lower plan takes effect from the next automatic payment.
- If an automatic payment is declined by the registered card, the subscription stops at the end of that billing period, and open events stop receiving messages from that time. If the member pays again, a new billing period begins from that time.
- The Company ends the sale of event passes. Passes purchased or received before these terms take effect become one month of subscription on the corresponding plan per pass on the effective date, used consecutively from that date; if a member holds both Basic and Pro passes, the Pro months come first.
- Subscriptions converted from passes and subscriptions received through Company-issued coupons are not charged automatically and end when their period ends. Coupons can be used only when the member is not subscribed.
- Custom events are paid for according to a separate quote and instructions.
- Before an event is started for the first time, members may use rehearsal features in preparation mode free of charge within the scope set by the Company.
Article 8. Refunds
- For passes purchased before these terms take effect, the member may request withdrawal from the purchase and a full refund within 7 days of purchase if the account has never used a pass. This continues to apply after the passes become a subscription on the effective date, and starting an event on that subscription counts as use.
- Once at least one pass has been used, by opening an event or executing a reservation, service provision is considered to have begun, and refunds are restricted, including for remaining passes and the subscription they became.
- For each subscription payment (the first payment, each automatic monthly payment, and each upgrade charge), the member may request a full refund if no event has been started on the subscription within 7 days of that payment.
- If an event has been started on the subscription after the payment, or an event opened on the subscription was already open at the time of payment, service provision for that payment's billing period is considered to have begun. No refund is then given, and the member may keep using the Service until the end of that billing period.
- If a subscription payment for the current billing period is refunded, the subscription ends at that time. If an upgrade charge is refunded, the plan returns to the plan before the upgrade.
- Notwithstanding the above, a refund will be provided if the Service could not be used normally for reasons attributable to the Company.
- These refund rules are disclosed when passes are purchased and when subscription payments are made. Completing the payment constitutes the member's agreement to them.
- Refund requests may be submitted through the Service's inquiry feature or by email to contact@mightyblessing.com. The Company processes requests within 7 business days.
Article 9. Message moderation and content
- Messages displayed by members are reviewed and approved directly by the Event Owner or processed using AI classification.
- AI classification sends message text to external AI services, such as DeepSeek, and receives classification results. Members are deemed to consent to this processing.
- Image message moderation sends images to the OpenAI Moderation API to block inappropriate content before it is displayed.
- The Company may delete or block inappropriate content, including content reported or found to violate the law, without prior notice.
Article 10. Service suspension and termination
- Members may terminate their service agreement at any time through account settings in the Service.
- The Company may terminate a service agreement after prior notice if a member materially violates these terms.
- Upon termination, the member's personal information is handled according to the Privacy Policy.
Article 11. Copyright
- Members retain copyright in the content they post to the Service.
- The Company may use members' content on a non-exclusive basis to operate, promote, and improve the Service. Such use will stop immediately if a member objects.
Article 12. Disclaimers
- The Company is not liable for an inability to provide the Service due to force majeure, including natural disasters, war, or telecommunications provider failures.
- The Company is not responsible for the reliability or accuracy of content posted or displayed by members or third parties.
- The Company does not guarantee the revenue or effects that members expect from using the Service.
Article 13. Dispute resolution and jurisdiction
- Disputes concerning these terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.
- Disputes relating to use of the Service are subject at first instance to the court having jurisdiction over the location of the Company's head office.
Supplementary provisions
- These terms take effect on 2026-10-02.
- Reason for amendment: with Basic and Pro moving to monthly subscriptions and the sale of event passes ending, rules for subscription payment, cancellation, plan changes, payment failure, and refunds, and the conversion of remaining passes into subscriptions, have been set.

- Article 7: a provision was added applying the message limit per day to the whole account while subscribed.
- Article 7: the sale of passes ends, with new provisions converting passes held before the effective date into one month of subscription on the corresponding plan per pass, and for subscriptions received through coupons.
- Article 7: the preparation mode provision now refers to the time before an event is first started.
- Article 8: refund rules for subscription payments and the end of the subscription upon refund were added, and it is now stated that withdrawal for passes purchased before the effective date continues to apply after they become a subscription.
